These Terms of Use, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, www.thefertilitycoachingcompany.teachable.com (the “Site”) and the Content contained therein, all of which is hosted on the Platform.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully and ensure you understand them. By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. 1. Definitions and Interpretation

“Account” means a Teachable account required for a User to access and/or use the Site, the Courses and Content.

“Content” means any and all text, images, audio, video, scripts, code, software, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, our Courses or is otherwise on the Site.

“Courses” means the course or courses developed by The Fertility Coaching Company.

“User” means a user of the Courses hosted on the Platform.

“Platform” means the Teachable hosting platform website, with its terms and conditions accessible here: https://teachable.com/terms-of-use.

“We/Us/Our” means The Fertility Coaching Company Limited.

2. Information About Us

The Courses are owned and operated by The Fertility Coaching Company Limited, a limited company registered in England under company number 13571149, whose registered address is 522 Uxbridge Road, Pinner, England, HA5 3PU.

3. Access to Our Content

3.1 Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

4.1 The Courses and Content on the Site are provided on an “as is” basis. We, or the Platform, may alter, suspend or discontinue the Courses, Content or Platform (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. Subject to any legal rights relating to paid Content, we will not be liable to you in any way if the Courses, Content or Platform (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time and for any period.

4.2 Subject to any legal rights relating to paid Content, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights in relation to the Site and Content. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4.3 Content that includes videos or presentations may feature the opinions, experiences and beliefs of the relevant speaker(s). We accept no liability for this. We appreciate some of this content may be distressing but they represent the genuine opinions, experiences and beliefs of these third parties.

you must not use our Site, Courses or Content in any way, or for any purpose, that is intended to harm any person or persons in any way.

5.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site if you materially breach any of the provisions of this Clause 5 or any of the other provisions of these Terms of Use.

7.1 In no event shall We be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site and all or any part of the materials on the Site, including the Courses and Content, even if We or an authorized party of Us has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude any liability which is not permitted to be excluded under relevant local law.

13.2 You must not deliberately introduce viruses or other malware, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful either to or via our Site.
